Wellhaven is a quiet place to read about feeling better, in mind and in body.

We write for people who carry a lot: stress, worry, nights that don't go as planned. We believe that understanding what's happening in the mind and the body is a gentle first step toward feeling better.

What we write about

Stress, sleep and worry, men's health and confidence, the heart, nourishment and the body as it changes with age.

How we write

  • We acknowledge how something feels before we offer any advice.
  • Most articles include a small exercise to try: a breath, a pause, a few lines in a notebook.
  • Our articles are based on published research and trusted health sources, and we list those sources at the end of each article.
  • When it would help, we encourage you to reach out to a doctor or a mental health professional.
  • When the evidence changes, we update the article and show the date.

You can read more in our editorial standards.

What we are not

We are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and nothing here is medical advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a professional. See our medical disclaimer.

About products

Most of our articles never mention a product. When one is about a specific product, it says so at the top, along with our business relationship.
